Unbound: Softening the Mirror invites you into a compassionate exploration of how self-perception has been shaped by comparison, approval-seeking, and external standards that were never created with you in mind.

This February gathering centers love—not the performative kind, but the quiet, internal love that begins when we stop negotiating our worth.

Using the film as a shared touchstone, participants will enter reflection rooms aligned with the four women to explore how they see themselves, where harshness lives, and what becomes possible when tenderness replaces critique.

This space is for slowing down, breathing deeper, and meeting yourself with kindness.
