Workshops

In this powerful creative workshop series, we journey through the emotional landscape inspired by Nina Simone’s “Four Women” and the poetic imagery of the short film Blues Born of Fire. Each session invites participants to explore identity, resilience, and transformation through guided reflection, visual storytelling, and expressive arts. Through the voices and energies embodied in the film, we move from pain to power, from silence to self-expression, and from fragmentation to wholeness. These workshops offer a sacred space for women to honor their stories, reclaim their inner fire, and rise into the fullness of who they are becoming.
